Program:
Convert the 1st floor of the Pollak Building, into a cafe and seating area. One of the three existing elevator shafts was never used and could therefore be utilized for additional square footage for the cafe build-out. This coffee shop would initiate interaction between all streams of design studying in this school.

coffee shop.
